1.2 Cancellation Fees: If you cancel your order within the specified time frame, no cancellation fees will be charged. However, if the order has already been processed, a cancellation fee may apply.

2. Returns Policy:

2.1 Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 2 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

2.2 Non-returnable Items : Certain items, including but not limited to personalized products, perishable goods, and intimate or sanitary goods, are not eligible for return.

2.4 Return Shipping : Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

2.5 Refund or Exchange : Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection . We are not provide any money refund . We offer only exchange or choose others products same ammonut , we will ship the replacement item once the return is processed . NOTE : Delivery charge extra 

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

3.1 Reporting Damages: If your order arrives damaged or with defects, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product, and we will guide you through the replacement process.

3.2 Replacements: We will replace damaged or defective items at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
